We provide free standard shipping on every order to all countries currently available at checkout. There is no minimum order value for standard shipping.
Available destinations: United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Mexico, Brazil, Singapore, New Zealand and United Arab Emirates.
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and UK public holidays. Orders placed after 11:00 AM GMT/BST on Friday are normally processed on the following Monday. High-demand periods, stock checks or security reviews may occasionally add processing time.
After dispatch, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking information where tracking is available.
Delivery times are estimates, begin on the dispatch date and may be affected by customs processing, local carrier conditions, severe weather or public holidays.
Product prices include applicable sales tax or VAT where Zyfee is required to collect it. The final amount charged is shown at checkout before payment.
Unless checkout explicitly states that duties are included, international orders may be subject to import duty, customs clearance fees or other local charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price and are the customer’s responsibility.
We ship only to destinations and address types accepted at checkout. We do not currently deliver to P.O. Boxes or BFPO addresses. Please check the recipient name, street address, postcode and telephone number before placing your order. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction; we cannot guarantee changes after dispatch.
If your parcel is delayed, lost, arrives damaged or tracking appears incorrect, contact admin@zyfee.com or call +44 7935 860265. Include your order number and, for damage, clear photographs of the parcel and item so we can help quickly.
Return shipping and refund eligibility are governed by our Refund Policy. If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, we will cover return shipping where required by law. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide instructions.
